Instruction and enablement
I’ve been delivering instruction in design and related fields at the university level since 2008. As a Senior Instructor for LUMA Institute since 2015, I’ve led hundreds of Practitioner and Facilitation enablement workshops for clients on four continents. I’m a facilitator and coach for Stanford Graduate School of Business’s LEAD Incubator, and I co-developed and taught Design Thinking for Business in RMIT University's Executive MBA program in Melbourne, Australia.

LUMA Institute is a global leader in design thinking training. As a Senior Instructor for LUMA since 2015, I’ve led hundreds of Practitioner and Facilitation enablement workshops for clients on four continents. I teach teams and individuals how to be more capable and confident practitioners and facilitators of human centered design in the service of innovation and customer-centricity. I’ve developed and led client workshops for teams at Starbucks, Microsoft, Netflix, Cisco, Accenture, Fannie Mae, Avanade, Standard Chartered, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Allstate, and many more.

I co-developed and taught Design Thinking for Business in RMIT University's Executive MBA program in Melbourne, Australia. I’ve taught as. a full-time sessional instructor at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Singapore, and Saigon, and have been a guest instructor at Melbourne University and the University of Portland. My published research examines new and emergent digital media cultures in Asia. I have a M.A. in Communication & Design and a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and Learning.
